We work diligently with parents to and involve them in the centre's happenings and their child's learning. They join us on field trips about their children, participate actively in family events; have an opportunities to see teaching in action through our parent-in-class sessions as well as receive regular updates about their children through parent-teacher meetings and circulars. We also look to our parents to provide feedback on the work we do, and we are grateful to have many parent volunteers.who provide us with valuable inputs and assistance to better our operations and special events.
PARENT SUPPORT GROUP (PSG)
Each class has a classroom parent representative to coordinate parent involvement in the various fun activities the school has planned for the children during the year. They may also plan social events, outside of school, for the families to get to know each other better.
Our PSG is crucial to the life of the school; through their various communications and meetings we receive valuable feedback on events and activities as well as the day-to-day operations of the school.
Our teachers provide frequent updates on subjects and themes being covered in class so that parents can help their child continue learning at home. Through the Classdojo app, parents can communicate with teachers and even see photos of their child at school. We also hold regular parent-teacher meetings to discuss their child's progress.
