How does House on the Hill Montessori differ from traditional preschools?

House on the Hill Montessori emphasises a child-centric approach that supports independence and freedom within limits. Unlike traditional preschools that may follow a more structured, adult-led curriculum, Montessori education encourages children to choose their activities and learn through hands-on experience at their own pace, fostering a sense of responsibility and critical thinking. We instil strong language and mathematical skills to prepare your child for their next step in local or international schools.

What is the best age for my child to start preschool?

While the ideal starting age can vary depending on individual development, House on the Hill Montessori offers programmes starting from infancy, recognising that early years are a critical period for developing a foundation for lifelong learning.
