Ms Mira Md Yatim
Ms Mira has been a dedicated early childhood educator since 2005, bringing over two decades of experience in teaching, curriculum development, and preschool leadership. She holds a Diploma in Pre-School Education (Teaching) and a Specialist Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education (Leadership), with leadership training completed in 2015.
Having taught in both local and international school settings, she brings a rich understanding of diverse educational approaches, including thematic teaching, inquiry-based learning, and process drama. Since joining House on the Hill in 2017, she has drawn on these experiences to create meaningful learning opportunities that inspire curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking.
Guided by her strong belief in every child’s potential and natural desire to learn, Ms Mirah is committed to nurturing independence, confidence, and resilience through exploration and discovery.
Through her leadership, she strives to create an environment where children feel empowered to embrace challenges, develop a lifelong love of learning, and approach the world with courage and joy.
