Wu Jing
Co-founder, Board Director & CEOA graduate of Peking University’s School of International Relations, Wu Jing leads House on the Hill in both overall direction and daily operations. An avid lover of calligraphy and photography, she is deeply passionate about early childhood education and firmly believes in the Montessori method, where each child possesses unique talents waiting to be developed.

Nur Zamirah
Principal of Mount Sophia CentreWith nearly two decades of experience in early childhood education, Mira has been part of the sector since 2005. Her teaching journey spans both local and overseas schools, where she has explored a range of approaches and pedagogies— from thematic teaching to inquiry-based learning in the classroom and even to using process drama as a tool for creative learning. She believes deeply in children — in their potential, their curiosity, and their natural drive to learn. Guided by this belief, Mira is committed to providing quality education that encourages learning through discovery, sparks inquiry, and nurtures critical thinking. Above all, she strives to help every child grow strong, bold, and resilient, ready to embrace the world with confidence and joy.

Nurul Fitton
Principal of Balmoral CentreWith her vibrant, friendly and nurturing personality, Nurul brings over 30 years of experience in Singapore’s early childhood education industry — including 10 years as a principal at another Montessori preschool — before joining the House on the Hill Balmoral team. A passionate and dedicated educator, she holds a Bachelor of Science, a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and a Diploma from Modern Montessori International.

Sunshine Goh
Principal of Hollandse Club CentreMs Sunshine brings over a decade of experience in Early Childhood education, driven by her lifelong passion for nurturing young minds. She holds diplomas in both Early Childhood Education and the Montessori Method of Education. For eight years, she was an invaluable senior teacher and curriculum lead at House on the Hill before becoming Principal of the Pasir Panjang centre in 2019. In 2022, she took on the same role at the Hollandse Club centre.

Hairumbiyah Ghabi
Principal of Pasir Panjang CentreShe has been a dedicated professional in the early childhood education sector since 2005, guided by a strong belief in continuous learning, growth, and excellence. She attained her leadership qualifications in 2008 and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education in 2012.
Her journey with Montessori pedagogy began in 2009, driven by a deep passion for the approach and a desire to understand it more profoundly. This led her to pursue a Diploma in Montessori from MMI in 2016. Her specialised training supported her transition into centre management roles from 2012, where she focused on balancing operational excellence with high-quality care. -
Hafizah Kamarudin
Deputy Principal of Balmoral CentreHafizah has been in the early childhood education sector for over 15 years and currently serves as the Deputy Principal of our Balmoral campus. A dedicated educator who has been with House on the Hill since the centre opened, she loves interacting with children and now supports the School Principal in overseeing daily operations.

Marilyn Ow
Chief of Training and DevelopmentMarilyn is a graduate of the National University of Singapore and holds an International Montessori Diploma from the London Montessori Centre. With over 20 years of experience in preschool education, she was instrumental in turning the House on the Hill vision into reality. Together with the founders, she shares a commitment to raising the standards of early childhood education.
